The KBPC610 is a robust single-phase silicon bridge rectifier designed to convert alternating current (AC) to direct current (DC) with a maximum average output current of ZKEEP0Z and a peak repetitive reverse voltage of ZKEEP1Z. Housed in a compact, industry-standard KBPC package with silver-plated copper leads, it offers easy chassis or PCB mounting and excellent thermal performance. The device is capable of handling peak forward surge currents up to ZKEEP2Z (8.3 ms single half-sine wave), making it suitable for applications with high inrush currents or transient overload conditions.

This bridge rectifier operates over a wide temperature range (-ZKEEP0Z to +ZKEEP1Z) and features low forward voltage drop (ZKEEP2Z max at ZKEEP3Z per element) to minimize power loss. Its fully molded case provides mechanical strength and electrical isolation, while the polarity marking (beveled corner for positive lead) simplifies installation. The KBPC610 is UL recognized (file #142814) and can be mounted in any orientation, offering flexibility for space-constrained designs in power supplies, battery chargers, motor drives, and general-purpose AC-DC rectification circuits.
