The ELM327 Mini OBDII Bluetooth Diagnostic Interface is a compact, plug-and-play dongle that transforms your smartphone or PC into a vehicle diagnostic tool. Simply plug it into the vehicle’s OBD-II port (usually under the dashboard), pair via Bluetooth, and you can instantly access many of the car’s onboard diagnostics.
